Inspired by the meditation “Embrace the All of Your Being” by Melinda V. Jacobs, Holistic Restoration Coach

Seasons never get it wrong. Spring always returns to remind us that rebirth is not a concept but a process—a gentle invitation to blossom, even when we don’t feel quite ready.

As the earth awakens, I invite you to a quiet act of courage: to see yourself — all of yourself — without turning away. Your light and your shadow. Your tenderness and your strength.Your wounds, your wholeness, your becoming.

The meditation that inspired these words whispers a message of unconditional welcome:

“I see you. I accept you. You are welcome here in this moment.”

What if today we chose just that? We need to meet every part of ourselves with presence — especially the ones we tend to push aside or forget.

Imagine yourself in nature—a place that makes your soul smile: perfect light, perfect air, the sound of stillness around you.

“This place in nature, the support beneath youis 100% allowing your allness to be present, and that is teaching you how to be present to the allness of your own self. And so taking your attention to that placethat may feel challenged, or wounded, or even hurt, and saying: I see you, and I accept you, and you are welcome here in this moment.”

Nature teaches us to hold ourselves gently, as the earth has every seed. With each breath, we can send golden rose-colored light to our inner landscapes and offer kindness to what feels left behind.

“I see you, and I am so glad that you are here with me on this journey to wholeness. I am so sorry for what you have experienced. I am right here with you.”

This is the actual spring — not only blooming but remembering. Reclaiming all the pieces of who we are.

May we let life hold us entirely in stillness, movement, sound, and silence. May we learn from nature how to be with ourselves, just as we are.

I see you. I welcome you. I honour your becoming.

With rose-colored light, Alessandra
